  Too much of a good thing

  I bought these pants to companion a jacket I bought in NY at the Adidas outlet. Same color, same style I wanted the whole track suit. I found the pants on Amazon for less after I got back so I was a happy camper. The the color and the style were right on. When I tried them on they were about 3 inches too long..   If you want to look good, you want to look classic. And that's an old school classic adidas item. Personally, I prefer it to superstar because of the collar, but a classic's a classic and looks great. When this will wear out, I'll get another one. And another one.   A true classic!

  Adidas is one of sportwear's oldest brands known for quality. I could never afford Adidas as a kid and finally bought the track top, which I've also wanted for years.It's great for what it does. I wear this when doing light exercise on cold days. The fabric keeps the cold and the wind out, and actually it's pretty warm. After about 15 minutes I have to unzip the front so I don't overheat.The quality is also great, I haven't had any runs in the fabric and despite not taking great care of it (I stuff it in gym bags and hang it on a hook in the garage when I'm done) the fabric still seems new, it doesn't pile and doesn't wrinkle. Best of all, the pockets have zips so my stuff doesn't fall out when I'm running. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this jacket and I'd get it again.Pros: Warm, good quality fabric that doesn't wrinkle, pile or run. Low maintenance. 5/5 John B.   I purchased the black firebird jacket along with the pants (white stripes). This tracksuit is of the highest quality. The overall feel screams classy with a slight shine to the exterior and those legendary three stripes running down the sides. I also recently purchased a puma tracksuit in navy blue with white stripes.   Adidas Firebird track jacket

  For me, this is THEEE classic old school vintage track top. They've pretty much left this track jacket unchanged for 25-30 years, but it still looks awesome. Also, it comes in a lot of colors so you'll end up wanting to buy several more after you've bought your first one.They're quite lightweight, very comfortable, and quality-built. It's basically just the 3 stripes down the arms and the logo on the chest. Simple, but timeless and classic.I will say that the jacket fits a little bit short in terms of the body length. The arm length is good though. I'm 6' 1", 200 lbs, and buy these in Larges. The arms are fine in terms of length. The bottom of the jacket's body though, I would prefer it if it hit another inch or two lower though. That's really the only legit complaint I have with the jacket. If you had a longer torso/body, you may not like the way it fits. Also, the bottom band might be considered tight by some who are a little heavier than me. It definitely... 4/5 T.   Larger Than Life and fit for Sailing

  I have bought Adidas sporting attire before with good luck. This Mens 3-Stripe pant had everything I wanted: Nice deep front pockets that could hold a few tennis balls, a fabric which allowed movement on the court, and sturdy workmanship. I had read a previous reviewer say that they ran large so I ordered one size smaller than usual. I am no-longer the skinny guy I was 20 years ago so at 5'8'' tall and 185 lbs., I can use i bit more breathing room anyway--or so I thought!I have heard of clothes being "relaxed fit" or "generous with material' but there is more than enough fabric in the seat and thighs of those things to sail the entire Spanish Armada! Not only that, but they are 4" too long as well. If I cinch them up above my armpits like Martin Short, I can walk without stepping on them but 2 minutes of easy walking (let alone tennis) and I look like the guy who the "Pants Hangin' Down" song was complaining about.
