  Not too wonderful for weight training

  First off I want to clarify that I bought this with the intention of it helping with weightlifting based on other reviews of the Power web products. I more or less hoped that it would provide some sort of feedback to make sure my form didn't break as I was lifting I didn't expect it to literally make me stronger.So with that in mind I really don't think the power web technology is worth the extra price over the other tight shirts by Adidas or other brands (I have an under armor shirt). Yes it is tight and for some reason a compression shirt is good for working out in, maybe its a mental thing. But for lifting weights the power web design just didn't enhance the feel of proper form enough. I hoped it would at least give some sort of help to keep good form as far as a flat back or not to round the shoulders but while lifting I didn't notice it at all. I even ordered a size smaller than usual and still nothing.Now to be fair I do think it would be helpful for... 3/5 M.   Wearing an Adidas TechFit Powerweb garment is like having an extra hand at the gym since each garment features a compression design and Powerweb tech that actually focuses your muscles for greater explosive power and long-term stamina. Adidas TechFit Powerweb garments also feature ventilated ClimaCool material that keeps you dry and comfortable. Yes these things are expensive, but chances are that if you are looking at this, you are probably serious about your sport. Whether you just go to the gym, practice soccer, basketball, tennis, running, etc. You will love what this garment does for you.Word of advice though, this type of garment is tight, the other reviewer was either fat or bought a smaller size. Just order one size above what you normally use and you should be fine.   These shirts are awesome. I originally ordered three of them along with two other brands all in size (Xl).The other brands (Russell and Champion) I ended up selling because of very loose fitting. The adidas however were 100% perfect, they stretch and are light but strong with great moisture wicking properties and are simply very nice to look at. I'm in to p90x, beach training, beach tennis and mountain biking. Adidas Techfit is definitely my activities shirt. Hey did I mention that I ordered seven more? Yes I did !!!   great for muscle warmth, ok for slide protection

  Picked up these sliders for the bad turf burn I am getting playing soccer on play turf. The bands really do a great job at keeping the short from riding up. Also they keep your legs warm and muscles tight. The only down side is after about 8 games on the turf they got a hole in the side. This is my second pair and will probably buy again due to the comfort and fit. I normally wear a size M in Under Armour and Nike but have to wear a large in these to fit them over my legs.   Nice feel!

  I like these Compression shorts. They feel as though they are giving me a lot of support during my run. Unlike the T shirt, these are easy to remove after a long sweaty run! not sure how effective the PowerWEB is; and how long it will stay intact.   I measured per instructions I found and it fit perfectly. I opted for a Large since I didn't want it too tight, and I'm very happy with the results. It was tight at first, but as I worked with it and played some baseball with it on, it loosened up and fits really comfortably now. At first though it was tight and I got a few bruises from the fit, but now it's all good. I used it for some more elbow support and of course my muscles on my throwing arm and I can say it helped a lot. My arm and elbow don't get as fatigued and lasts longer.The seams too feel/look very durable. I work out and my arms are just a tad above "normal" in girth and size, and this holds up well. I was iffy when I read some reviews about some ripping really easily, and this has held up.   A good compression shirt

  I purchased this item in a Large thinking the sizing would be similar to under Armour's compression shirt sizing. In a Large, this Adidas compression shirt was a tiny bit loose for me. I am 5'9 at 180 lbs... I would've liked it to be a little tighter. If you are thinking between two sizes, I would recommend going with the smaller size.The material is very comfortable and perfect for exercising. I wear this under my looser-fitting long sleeve shirts when I run or workout, especially when the weather is cold.
