  The only pair of shoes I will always wear

  For 4 years now, these particular adidas have been the only kind I wear. They are comfortable, beautiful, and perfect quality. I never use them for running or anything else but to go to the school and to do my personal business, and thus far I have only purchased 2 pairs in a period of 4 years meaning that they are great quality and last long! This is coming from a guy who is not so big with shoe purchase, and I can assure you that if you want to gain more from saving yourself money from having to purchase more shoes in the future, this isn't the case with the Original Adidas Superstars.If anything, I would have to try a new color next time, but black has always been my personal favorite for everything.Love these shoes! 5/5 Ralph Munoz - See all my reviews, January 13, 2011

  Oldie but a goodie

  I bought these for my husband as they are hard to find here and way more expensive. This will be his 3rd or 4th pair over 14 years. They are classic Adidas - very comfy and hard wearing - and (hubby) is really hard on his shoes. Be wary of sizing as we ordered the same size he always wears in US but these were 1/2 a size too big.   Comfortable Classic Shoe

  This is my first pair of adidas shoes because I am usually a Nike and Reebok fan. I wanted a new casual shoe that looked and felt great. I am usually wary about sizing about shoes but I went with the regular shoe size that I buy.These things feel great. They are incredibly comfortable and feel true to size. They did not take long at all to break in. I wore them on a work day and my feet did not hurt at all. I got a couple of scuffs but at the end of the day I just put some water and mild soap on a towel and cleaned it all with no trouble. This being my first pair of adidas I was very surprised and I definitely intend on buying more in the future. 5/5 Tim F.   This is my main sneaker of choice. The pair I had prior to the current pair lasted me for almost 5 years before the shell tops started to crack. I wear them a lot as well, especially during the summer.They clean up rather easily and stay in good shape.   adidas never fail me!These shoes are exactly like the ones run-dmc wore back then. They are super comfortable too. The white shoes look the best just for your information. When I went back to school with these everyone was checking my shoes out asking me were I got them.   I'm sure the white sneakers are a high quality product, but my pair was mis-sized and I had to return the shoes. All my shoes are 10.5 and that's what I ordered. The shoes arrived quickly but were too small, still showing the 10.5 size on the label.   Perfect Shoes!

  Adidas should make all their shoes with WIDE model. My feet is 11.5 inches so I bought the size 12 WIDE of this and its PERFECT! The extra half inch and wide model makes room for my socks. I could still wiggle my toes inside. Whenever I buy shoes I always makes sure that I have room for air inside. I also got this with the "black on black" color and I think the cool factor is way above normal coz honestly, I get compliments all the time. The outside looks durable with real leather and the inside feels comfortable when walking in the mall and playing basketball (I play indoor and outdoor). This pair is also very good when driving, the rubber toes protects the shoes from the gas and brake pedals and the rounded heel makes it rest easy on the car floor. The only thing I havent experienced with this shoes is how it holds up in the rain or in wet condition.   and when I think of or look at them, I think PIZAZZ!I don't know why! But they rock.   My favorite shoes. EVER!

  I bought a pair of these last Summer and they are still going strong! Even after 9 months of heavy wear (Walked through 2 zoos, Disneyland, etc.) they still feel comfortable and I forget I am wearing them. Except when someone comments on how cool they are! When I first got them I was worried the color would be too over the top but when they arrived I realized they were great with most anything. Jeans and a T-shirt. Shorts. Whatever. The purple is offset by the green-gray background and the "lines" in the purple shine when the light hits them right so they aren't really "purple shoes" that clash with everything in my opinion. Mine are pretty dirty around the white parts so I snagged another pair for when these finally bite the dust. They really are the best pair of shoes I've ever owned. Highly recommended! 5/5 M.   Good sneakers, but not well ventilated

  I got these for wear as an elementary school teacher. I have worn superstar IIs for over 10 years now. Great support, good traction, tough construction and soles appropriate for basketball courts. But, the all leather and rubber of this particular model traps heat and sweat - as is to be expected.   Not like I remember

The soul feels stiff even after a few days of break in and they just aren't comfortable.   Big Kid Sizes Half Price Of Adult Adidas But Fit!

  I bought these for myself- an adult female.I bought a few pair of the Adidas "big kid" size shoes-- they are more than half the price of womens shoes and actually fit.I wear a 7 and sometimes 7 1/2 womens shoe.   Superstars (a.k.a. shelltoes) have been around for a while and gained fame through Run DMC. I mostly wear Adidas Superstars because they are relatively inexpensive and are pretty durable. Because they are low-tops, they don't provide as much support when playing basketball but Superstars are still excellent shoes. They're stylish and come in a wide variety of colours.   Possibly the best pair of sneakers I've ever owned

  I bought these in black with white stripes almost three years ago. They have been my primary daily wear sneaker since then, and they are still in wearable condition. I used to be real careful with them, and brush them off whenever they got soiled, but I stopped doing that for the last year or so. I trek through dirt, mud, sand, gravel, and miles upon miles of pavement, and these little buggers show almost no treadwear. The only restorative effort I've made is to replace the laces. I can see these things lasting at least another year or so, but I'm tempted to simply retire them now, just because I like buying new sneakers. If you can see yourself rockin' these, then go ahead and add these little beauts to your family. Your feet will thank you for it. 5/5 G. Rao "grao!!!"
