  Possibly the best pair of shorts for running that I have ever purchased! The material breathes extremely well and is very flexible with some stretch. The shorts are cut so that they are not baggy and don't go too far down the leg. They do not have pockets. That was something that I was specifically looking for because I don't want the extra material when wearing them during road races. While running, my attention never goes to my shorts. I use them at gym for treadmill and general workout. Length is just above knee and these are not baggy, so they stay in place for bicycle sit-ups and stretching on the floor mat.   First, these are soccer shorts. They don't have pockets because soccer shorts don't have pockets. You don't want some guy grabbing your pocket when you are jostling for the ball, and you don't want someone bumping against you with a big wad of keys or whatever else in their pocket. They are not running shorts or workout shorts or casual shorts. Complaining that they don't have pockets is like complaining that they don't have belt loops.The quality is great and they fit well. Just be aware of what the product is before you buy it. If you are using these to play soccer, or if you leave your stuff in a locker at the gym (like you should), then these will work well for you.   Nice serviceable shorts

  I bought two pair of these. These are nice shorts and well made but to be aware that because of the fitting, they are made more for tall girls rather than short. At 5'8" I can pull it off but my girlfriend, at a bit over 5'1" cannot..they are just too long as to length. Also, be aware that you need to wear appropriate colored underwear under them as they tend to be somewhat transparent. This transparency increases if the material becomes wet with rain or sweat.For me the shorts are extremely comfortable especially when you consider the material. I like cotton and do not get along with artificial material all that well, but in this case it seems to work.The shorts are well made and seem to be holding up well.   So the advantage of the material is that it does not cling to the body. Just know that the white is see through. WE did not know that when we bought them. Our son normally wears his jockstrap for cross country practice and sometimes soccer, but will not wear a jock any more with these shorts after the straps showed through plain as day at practice.   I have been buying ADIDAS for years and have never bought anything that is made of such poor quality. These feel cheap and are VERY THIN! I have the nave blue, so no problem with see through as others have said, but the quality was what I couldn't believe. Embarrassing for you ADIDAS...stick to quality, I would have gladly paid a bit more. At $15 with free shipping, I'm not out much, but don't pay a penny more. These are from the dollar bin at other stores. Easier to keep them than send em back at this point.   Great shorts, sometimes not best craftsmanship

  I have 5 pairs of these shorts and out of the 5, one has frayed on the bottom making it somewhat difficult to wash due to the string constantly being tugged and pulled during the cleaning process.
